This role sits away from your ordinary mundane administration tasks, it’s super exciting. You’re supporting a team with really interesting tasks, dealing with clients, creating documents, undertaking due diligence on new work sent across, managing reports on Excel. You’ll sit in an open plan office so you can get involved with all the office chit chat and work as a solid team but your specific team is made up of two Administrators and an Office Manager who is in every day to help you, full support and training on their systems, the job role, processes and everything in between. You really couldn’t get better support from those around you than you’ll get here! It’s immense.

What they require is an Administrator with some experience, you don’t need to be the “finished article” perhaps 6-12 months experience/ maybe you have just completed your business administration apprenticeship with another business and ready for that next move to really up skill and challenge yourself with a great company.

The Office Manager is ready to hire, she’s cleared her diary for the next couple of months to ensure she’s got the allocated time to train you up. She’s approachable, fantastic at training and supporting her team and just a genuinely great person = Now that’s what you call an epic mentor!

Based in Armley, they’re just a 2 mile commute from the M62 and the M621 and a 10 minute bus ride from Leeds town centre, easily accessible on commuter links and by vehicle (with free parking on site) for those in the area.
