An entrepreneurial and forward thinking SME manufacturing business are sourcing a new administrative support role within their busy operations department. This is the job that will give you unlimited exposure to keep progressing in your career, and as we have exclusively worked with this business before, we know it’s proven not just promised.

They are really going to hone in on your current skill set and make sure you keep advancing, so yes you might be thrown in at the deep end in some aspects of the role but alongside the unlimited and dedicated support from your line manager, this is the role where you really start learning.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited;

  • Executing all administrative tasks required by the ops team to ensure workload flow is managed
  • Raising department PO’s
  • Collating KPI information and support with departmental meeting presentations
  • Answering calls, scheduling meetings & greeting visitors on site

You must have impeccable attention to detail, organisational & people skills – experience in health & safety / manufacturing would be a bonus but not essential. This really is the business where you get out what you put in!
