If you’re looking for a role to work alongside two Directors in supporting them with operations and the running of the business; this is a brilliant opportunity for you.

Both Directors operate differently – one is very idea and sales driven and the other is operational and methodical so both compliment each other perfectly and require an Operations Administrator to bring all of their ideas and approach together whilst being adaptable to two very diverse people.

The business is absolutely booming and this year their focus is infrastructure – ensuring all systems and processes in place are slick hence why they’re looking for the best Operations Administrator to support them with this development.

You will be responsible for completing management reports, supporting in meetings and KPI reporting, management of purchase order processing, collating the plans and ideas of Directors to ensure actions are taken across the business and supporting on company projects. Super diverse and well rounded to get exposure to all areas.

This role is going to really advance your skill set as well as open the door for you to progress and develop as the business grows – there will be so many opportunities for growth here.

They are looking for someone with a similar background to what the role offers, professionalism, adaptability and ambition are the key things this business looks for in someone.
