Taking control of the office, you will line manage a team of Administrators where you will be developing the team, supporting them in reaching their career aspirations and bridging the gap between the Board and the wider team.
The role is going to bring you so much diversity and will most definitely challenge your skill set – finance administration (the business use Xero accounts system) such as inputting payroll, operations including implementing procedures, executive support to the Board of Directors and HR responsibility to the team.

The business is looking for someone who has office management and PA experience in a similar role and you must be familiar with accounting systems (albeit this doesn’t have to be Xero)
