They’re looking for an Operations and Events Coordinator to support with the running of the operation, management of all events and overseeing the sites they manage.

Events can be anything from weekend festivals through to weddings, charity events and productions, so the exposure and experience you will gain here is off the scale.

It’s fun, it’s exciting and it’s all about someone joining them on their journey and in their community, they need someone with experience in events management but also someone with great potential that can eventually run the whole operation independently.

They will look after you, you will essentially become a part of their family and they will see you as a family member so they want someone they can trust, someone who takes pride in everything they do, loves a challenge, is commercially and solutions driven.

Yes there will be fires to put out, yes there will be times you get called out to a weekend event to sort a crisis but the job satisfaction you will get from seeing your work and your commitment come to light is second to none.
