Chloe works in our Operations Department as Head of Operations. She works a split role providing support operationally but also management within some of the sales team.

Chloe comes with over 7 years of Recruitment Experience in temporary and permanent desks, most recently in a property niche market from Executive to Junior level. Chloe has worked on some impressive accounts including recruitment partnerships. Having come to a natural crossroads in her recruitment career, she felt it was her time to take a move into the operational route, playing to her key strengths.

When Chloe isn’t at her desk she loves a good walk with her family dog Marmalade and is keen on interior design (or likes to think she is!).

They provide a good level of customer service

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. They understand what we are looking for and the type of person which is very important to us. I was supported ahead of both interviews

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles. I was contacted really quickly after I applied and was asked some good questions which really dug into what I wanted and what the companies wanted, so there was a focus on finding good matches. The job search felt pro-active throughout the process and kept things moving quickly and I was supported ahead of both interviews I had with as much information as they had to share at any given time (e.g. I kept getting updates as they found out more).
