After graduating in 2013 Owain joined Platinum tasked with growing our online presence and enhancing the company’s brand. Nearly 10 years later he is now focussed on ensuring our brand and online presence is in line with the company culture as the business grows.

In his spare time Owain likes to be active. He is a keen footballer & enjoys a good hike – and is well known for his fast running, skiing & yoga.

Every the adventurer his favourite trip involved travelling Thailand where he hiked through a jungle, free climbed into a secluded lagoon & trained in Muay Thai.

They provide a good level of customer service

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. They understand what we are looking for and the type of person which is very important to us. Platinum is a personable business and being able to have that good relationship with one person specifically is great. Sometimes you can be passed from pillar to post with some companies, but I have not experienced that with Platinum. They provide a good level of customer service which I believe is important.

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles. I was contacted really quickly after I applied and was asked some good questions which really dug into what I wanted and what the companies wanted, so there was a focus on finding good matches. The job search felt pro-active throughout the process and kept things moving quickly and I was supported ahead of both interviews I had with as much information as they had to share at any given time (e.g. I kept getting updates as they found out more).
