As the Finance Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director, working closely with the Operations Director and other members of the senior leadership team.
You will operate as number one in the Finance team, overseeing one member of staff and leading on all things ‘accounts.’
It’s great for someone that likes to see how their decisions and work are impacting the success of wider business. You will be given complete transparency on everything happening in the company; the MD really values the accounts department and their contribution to the business, so you will be included in all business decisions and future projects.
The role is varied, you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts which will include a monthly profit and loss analysis, looking at actuals against budgets and creating ad hoc reports for the management team.
There is also an opportunity to update and improve existing processes and really put your own stamp on the role and department.
