This role is absolutely perfect if you are empathetic and can really engage & tune into a customer and their needs!

Yes, this is a Credit Control role, but it certainly isn’t one where you are phone bashing, or typically “debt collecting” but more so negotiating a payment plan solution that is manageable for the customer.

The role has become available on a 9-12 month maternity cover however there is a forecasted 75% growth in their customer portfolio over the next 2 years so there is a high possibility the position will be made permanent.

It’s the perfect role for someone who has experience of dealing with customers who are either vulnerable or are in financial difficulty – and what job satisfaction you will get when you can make life a little easier for them!

Honestly, when I took the spec, I thought to myself, this is just brilliant for Credit Controllers who are good at what they do, enjoy their job but want to feel like they’re giving something back rather than just reducing debt!

The business is incredible; they offer some of the best benefits I’ve seen including extended maternity and paternity leave, time off when you buy your own house, hybrid working 2-3 days a week and your birthday off work!
