Trainee Protection Advisor – Stockport
£24,000 basic salary (rising to £27,500 after 12 months)
Earn an additional £18,000 in bonuses in your first year / OTE £50,000 in your second year

- We will fully fund every qualification you need – IF7 & R05.
- You’ll be guaranteed a basic salary increase from £24,000 to £27,500 after 12 months.
- We are a huge advocate of the hybrid model – 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
- Once your reach Protection Advisor status you only need to be in the office 1 day per week.
- You’ll have manager and colleague support whilst you go through your qualifications.

Your guaranteed £18,000 on top of your basic wage in your first year. This will continue to rise, working at top level in the organisation. Within 12-18 months your likely to earn up to £50,000.
What do we need from you?
- At least 6 months sales experience
- Proven in successfully working towards targets
- A university graduate who has studied in the past
- A desire for financial services and the drive to have a successful career
We will start you in a warm leads team dealing with enquiries made by customers on our website. Our moto is to slowly work you into it. After 6 months you’ll join our health team. This is when you’ll start your IF7 qualification. At the 12 month mark is when we expect you to have completed this qualification, allowing you a salary increase and a move into our protection team.
