The cherry on top is the job role. You’re not targeted on amount of calls or minutes, your KPI’s are centered around quality service. They really do believe “service over volume”

You will be managing inbound calls, relationship building, taking payments and dealing with queries from customers. A well rounded role focused on support and service.

UNBELIEVABLE PACKAGE FOR YOU;

Full study support (if you wish)

Monday – Friday, no weekends, shift patterns between 8am-8pm (35 hour working week)

Free gym on site built for the staff – FREE TO USE

Wellbeing counsellor and coach on site every day – FREE sessions

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
