Trainee Business Development Manager – Manchester City Centre

£24,000 basic + uncapped commission (earn £50,000+ per year)

We have a number of opportunities for sales professionals who are looking to take the next step in their career journey into a BD role. You may be working in door to door sales, telesales, insurance, or general sales roles, dreaming of moving up to a senior level, craving progression, hoping to eventually step away from the typical cold calling & generating leads environment.

If this sounds like you, why not move into a position where you will have a team of cold callers doing everything for you!

As a Business Development Executive you will move into a conversational ‘sales through service’ position where your sole focus is to deal with the qualified leads passed over to you, go through plans and options, and close the sale.

We will train you to become a top performer, as well as giving you a clear progression route into team leading, or becoming an account manager.

And it doesn’t stop there…

Uncapped commission means no ceiling on how much you can earn

4 day working week – condense your hours and have a 3 day weekend
