This role really does offer it all; a friendly working environment, plenty of variety and the chance for you to work alongside a team of other Bookkeepers on a day-to-day basis rather than being stuck working on your own.
Unlike a lot of other Bookkeeper roles at this salary level where everything falls on your shoulders and with no team around you; this position is working at a firm of accountants which means you will join a team of 8, working with a number of SME’s to help them complete their Bookkeeping tasks.
It will mean no two days are the same, perfect for someone that wants to move away from the mundane task of doing the same processes for the same business day after day.
The team is great, a real mix of ages and profiles but importantly everyone gets on and the Directors pride themselves on what a great working environment they offer.
Day to day you will be doing everything from invoice processing through to producing a monthly Trial Balance, so it’s a real hands on role that will suit someone that likes to get stuck into every aspect of a business’s Bookkeeping.
You will have support around you, and if you haven’t worked at a practice before that’s not a problem there will be training on hand although it will be a straight forward transition for anyone from industry accounting.
