A fantastic opportunity has been created for someone who has experience (current or previous) of working in the property sector.

I have a client who has a vacancy for someone to come in and take the reins in this side of the business.

It is a varied role dealing with both residential and commercial property’s and the portfolio is always expanding so you will be fully involved with this working alongside the MD.

I am seeking a candidate to:

  • Manage the full portfolio of properties.
  • Work autonomously to make decisions.
  • Implement new and consistent processes.
  • Take the reins of this side of the business.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm – No weekend work is required.

The MD is a true entrepreneur so there will always be new projects on the horizon so they can offer long term development within the role enabling you to build on your existing career.

There are a team of builders / trades people in place, so you will have regular contact with these which enables you to build strong relationships and manage coordination of building or maintenance work effectively.

You will be the “go to” for anything property related, and you will work closely with the MD and his PA – occasionally taking on PA duties in their absence.
