An exciting opportunity has arisen supporting an entrepreneur who has various residential and commercial properties. This role is good exposure for someone who has some experience in property management but is keen to gain some autonomy within the role.

Typical duties will include:

  • Being the point of contact for anything property related
  • Managing all maintenance and coordinating tasks to builders / tradesmen
  • Dealing with viewings for rentals
  • Collating information / researching for renovation projects
  • Being involved with future acquisitions

Working alongside the owners PA – you will be supportive with administrative tasks when needed across all businesses.

Ideally you will be need to flexible to work between offices based in Rochdale and Accrington so it is essential you drive.

The hours are typical office hours, Monday to Friday.
