This Property business work with some of the most exciting businesses and clients across the UK and have entered 2023 with phenomenal growth plans after doubling in size since Jan 2022 and want you to join them on this journey. And just to add to this, this company culture is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time – you have to go and see them to understand why I’m saying this.

What stands out with this company is that there is zero hierarchy, everyone gets involved to help each other out (Directors will get the brews on or take the rubbish out for example), it’s young, fresh, dynamic and everyone wants the same thing – growth and happiness.

This year alone they have grown by 50% and have just moved to brand new offices in Manchester that is allowing them to scale up, their strategy for 2023-2024 has been finalised which has recognised that the business have a need for a Personal Assistant to the two Directors.

This role is going to give you exposure, increased responsibility and an insight to how a business runs – you will attend board meetings, set action points, be involved in company growth and strategies and be the right hand person to the Directors.

They’re looking for someone who has done a like for like role, someone who has a positive outlook, good energy, bit of fire in their belly and someone who is going to be with them for the next 10 years reaping the progression opportunities that comes with this position.

You will work in a hybrid working pattern too, 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home so you have the perfect work-life split and balance, which the Directors have recognised is super important for their staff, as well as your birthday off, regular team events and regular salary reviews.
