A truly magnificent business, one that provides a service and care to vulnerable individuals across the UK, is recruiting for their first ever PA to Directors.

What a really great opportunity this is to feel like you’re making a difference and impact on people’s lives, a unit that are passionate about what they do and truly put their clients and staff at the heart of everything they do.

The Directors are looking for someone to support them in the day to day running of the operation, attending board meetings to take minutes, creating board packs, diary management and getting involved with any areas you can – they’re an open book so happy for you to be involved with all areas of the business from HR Director support through to CEO.

They require an individual with some PA experience at Director level, someone who will share the same passion for what the business does is imperative and is willing to get their teeth stuck into a role supporting multiple directors.

Working in an industry that genuinely help, care and change people lives is such a rare opportunity, these types of companies are few and far between which is why I’m super excited to be telling you about this!

When I say they look after you, I mean it – you’ll get an attendance bonus on top of your salary, healthcare plan and other team incentives too, it’s not just their clients they care about, it’s their staff too.
