If you’re a Personal Assistant but you want more responsibility, exposure and to work for a company that will support you scale up to Executive Assistant level; keep your eyes peeled on this opportunity.

Working for a growing business, one that will be doubling in size by 2024, looking for a high level PA that has the same values as the CEO:

Problem solver – They differentiate themselves to their competition because they don’t create or dwell on problems, they solve them; they want a problem solver as their PA too!

Honesty and transparency – Complete transparency to their clients and staff, giving honest advice and support to all; a PA who has this value is important to the CEO!

Care – As said by current Office Manager they are “the most caring and supportive business I have ever worked for, with both their staff and clients”; are you a caring person, someone who takes pride in their work?

The CEO is at the top of their game, they don’t need to go out and win/ bid for business, they simply have a 100% client retention rate, because the CEO is that good at what he does because of the core values listed above and his true passion for what he does and his company, so he wants the best PA in Manchester to work for him.

He truly sees the value in having a fantastic PA alongside him is extremely important so he will ensure you’re happy, having a flourishing career and that your role is interesting day in, day out.

Your remit will cover taking minutes in meetings, diary management, supporting on company projects and giving your own ideas to how the business moves forward.

Someone who is also at the top of their game, operates at the highest of standards and can use their own initiative to make decisions on behalf of the company is what he requires.

They don’t necessarily need the “finished article” someone with a couple of years experience supporting a Director/ CEO, but what is important is that you have that fire in your belly, keen to learn and relish in any challenge thrown your way!
