You’re joining that exact Administrator as a support across the business, to clients and the various teams. Such a brilliant role for someone with perhaps 12 months administration experience looking for that next step!

Directors handed the business over to employees some what 3 years ago, meaning now every employee is a shareholder, you get extra bonuses, and your voice is heard! Plus other perks such as just a 35 hour working week, healthcare schemes and death in service. Such a brilliant overall package!

Financial services based business, so someone from a regulated environment such as finance, legal, insurance or healthcare would be a huge plus – as you will understand regulatory processes perfectly.

Super varied role, you’re working in their central hub supporting multiple offices, so you’ll work with most people across the business including Directors – managing client administration, processing paper work, meetings, transactions, you name it, you’re involved!
