A specialised Architects in Manchester are recruiting for their first ever P.A. to the three Directors, they work on really interesting projects which you might actually find exciting…
As a support to the Directors, you will have an insight into the projects, the business is growing, new contracts are continuously coming in and they want you to be a part of this.
You will be the face in the business, supporting the Practice Manager when her workload becomes too much with the office management aspect plus all PA support to the three Directors – complete diary management, board meetings and minutes, setting actions and ensuring all documentation is in order for projects.
Culture is young and extremely laid back, no breathing down your neck or micromanagement, they hire good people and they trust them to do their job so you’ll feel a sense of independence to get your job done how you want to and be able to really shape the role.
Everyone loves being in the office because it’s a real buzz, a really positive working environment therefore staff prefer coming in than being at home however 2 WFH days are on offer per week if you require this.
