What a perfectly well rounded, exciting role for an Operations Administrator in Trafford Park looking to level up their skills base in 2025.

Joining this team means you will have exposure, 10/10 training and support, a mentor who’s been there and done it, and a chance for a real career with a genuinely phenomenal business.

Your role will be based on the Commercial division who look after £45million of revenue so this is a significant role within the business, looking for someone who has a bit about them that can bring some energy and new ideas to the team.

You’ll be responsible for renewing customer contracts, ensuring all renewals are completed in the right time frames, correctly and all quotes, changes and cancellations are processed.

The company use Salesforce, it’s made bespoke for the business and the brand new 2025 model, making your life and job so much easier, processes slicker and more efficient.

Due to new system and process changes in 2024, this company are now operating with “less basic admin” to do, it’s more about strategic thinking, operations and commercial awareness. So this role needs someone with that about them for sure!

Benefits include hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), flexible start and finish times on a full time basis, healthcare schemes, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and much more!

If you have customer service and administration experience, perfect. If you have some contracts/ renewals experience, even better.
