A leading Marketing brand in Wilmslow that operate worldwide with offices across the globe are recruiting a new role for an Office Manager to run and manage the Wilmslow office.
This is a role to really bring the team together, develop & train & help the Administrators to reach their career aspirations whilst standardising best practice across the company.
Working collaboratively with the Board, you will be a crucial figure in the company’s success through implementing new processes & ensuring that great client service is delivered continuously.
You will be driving team performance & essentially being the decision maker on all office procedures, operations & administration functions.
Everybody in this business is encouraged to share their ideas to make things better – it’s not a dictatorship so your voice will be heard & you will have full autonomy on making a change to improve efficiencies.
The Managing Director is looking for somebody who has experience in managing people & has operated at Office Manager level for a couple of years. Would be an absolute bonus if you’ve worked in the creative industry too!
