A boutique Estate Agency in Bamford are looking for a fantastic local Office Manager who comes from an estate agency background to level up their office function even more.

The job role gives you complete office management for the Bamford branch, you sit between the Directors (management team) and rest of the business, essentially operating at middle management level.
You get exposure, freedom, support and work in a highly energised organisation. You are the go-to person, you will run process, improve systems, be involved with HR processes, streamline efficiency – basically you get to be you and work how you want too whilst making a difference.
