Customer service and administration-based role, you’ll be responsible for being the first point of contact for their existing customers, building genuine relationships and on hand for any support, complaints and orders.
You’ll process a high volume of orders daily so someone who can handle the heat when it’s busy is a must!
Experience wise, they’re ideally looking for someone from Manufacturing/ similar background, so you understand the dos and don’ts and have a basic understanding of the industry already. However, other profiles considered providing you have customer service and order processing experience.
