Business Office Manager

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a rapidly expanding developments business in Central Manchester as the Business Office Manager. Your role is to be the focal point of the business, linking teams, infrastructure and development. The company has been stablished for 5 years and grown from £1million through £20million, an exceptional year on year growth with a clear directive to achieve £50million plus in the next 5 years.

With the above growth, they have been brutally honest in that sales has outstripped infrastructure so they need to appoint a highly talented Office Manager to improve efficiencies in core business operations. They require someone to lead and manage ISO accreditation, introduce and manage a new CRM system, oversee HR, be the voice of the leadership team, coordinate diary and planning management for the exec board. All in all run the internal operations of the company providing a seamless approach, a type of person who has the foresight to see what is coming and get ahead with solutions.

You will be given the freedom to grow and enhance your role, the MD likes to delegate and empower his team so would give you the freedom to excel and implement your ideas with full backing.

As they are in the development sector, it would be perfect for someone who had worked in construction, property or state management or developments however if someone has the drive an determination to be part of something special from another sector that would also work for them. The main thing is about you as a person, are you excited by this role and what you can achieve.
