If you want to be able to make decisions, sit alongside the Board, have your voice heard and finish work at the end of the day knowing you’ve made a difference; this is one for you.
You will manage a department which includes 20 staff members and work alongside the CEO, overseeing the processes, procedures and projects whilst line managing a team of 2 Administrators. You’re essentially the eyes, ears and action of the CEO and will have the complete autonomy to roll out new procedures without needing to wait for sign off or approval from the CEO.
