If you’re in an Office Manager role at present but you’re waiting for months for sign off on projects, your voice isn’t heard and you don’t feel like you’re adding the value you have the knowledge and experience to do; this role will completely change your career.

Working with the senior leadership team to deliver, manage and oversee the operations of the office function of a professional services organisation in Manchester.

It’s exciting, it’s fresh and you have the best resources and team around you to enjoy what you do but also have full autonomy and exposure to operations and implementing new ways of working. You’ll manage a small team of Administrators, manage in house projects and introduce new processes and procedures as well as oversee the running of the office function.

There is zero hierarchy here, they want to learn from you as much as you will learn from them so they genuinely want someone to come in and bring ideas to the table.

The SLT team are fantastic, they’re dynamic, entrepreneurial, all have the same goal of growth and success but are all super down to earth and genuine. They’re looking for an individual with a bit about them, someone strong minded and confident in their ability, loves a challenge and having autonomy; perhaps a couple of years’ experience in office management or operations and is looking to further their career with a great firm.
