Manchester City Centre

£20,000 – £25,000

A fantastic role has been created for a business we have a long-standing relationship with simply due to their impressive growth and development.

The business is something you can be proud to be a part of as they are making a difference to lives daily.

They are seeking and additional Administrator to work alongside their Relationship Managers (and other departments where needed) doing duties such as:

  • Responding to all inbound emails
  • Taking calls from existing customers and assisting
  • Raising tickets for more complex queries
  • Resolving any issues, the customers may be experiencing.

The role will be 30% telephone based and the rest will be administrative so there is variation from day to day ensuring you stay motivated and maintain the positive outlook they promote.

You will be working in their plush offices based in Manchester City Centre, 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Working alongside a supportive Team Manager and other team members in the office, it is pretty much guaranteed to build on your existing skills and develop as this business continues to grow.

You must have experience of:

  • Managing administrative duties such as emails and queries
  • Working as part of a team
  • Speaking to customers and responding promptly.
