Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounts Management – Ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
- Supporting the Finance Director – Assist with prepayments, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable – Manage these processes efficiently.
- Financial Reporting – Craft detailed financial reports and conduct insightful analyses.
- Cash Flow Reporting – Provide regular cash flow reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- VAT Returns and Cash Flow Analysis – Handle VAT returns and conduct thorough cash flow analysis.
- Monthly Expense Management – Maintain fiscal discipline by managing monthly expenses.
- Payroll Reporting – Compile payroll reports for external payroll services.
