If you’re an experienced Payroll Manager that needs flexibility around your hours look no further you’re in exactly the right place.

This Part Time position is working at a brilliant firm of accountants in Wilmslow where you will oversee the outsourced payroll function; operating as the point of contact for all client relationships whilst ensuring the smooth running of the department.

It’s yours to run with….supported by the Directors and wider finance team you will be given the flexibility and freedom to manage things in a way that works for you and your style of working.

Whenever you need help it will be there, otherwise you will be allowed to have complete autonomy on how things run.

Working as a Payroll Manager and leading a small team of 3 this isn’t an admin heavy role; the firm uses a wide range of software that automates all the boring processes freeing up time for you to focus on delivering a professional service month in and month out.

They have really impressive, modern offices; with plenty of free parking and a relaxed working environment. They hung up the suits a long time ago and now have a more relaxed feel to the way they go about their work….still extremely professional but everyone knows what’s expected of them – and they just get on with it.

There are some great benefits around holidays rising to 30 days, medical insurance, away days, overnight incentives and reward schemes (alongside the chance to work alongside a team that are fab).

Overall it’s a great business and somewhere people love to be.
