Platinum Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business in Trafford Park that are going through a period of sustained growth. This growth has created an opportunity for a dynamic HR Assistant to join the team and contribute to the next phase of business expansion.
Although full training is provided previous HR knowledge/exposure is essential, and for anyone joining the firm there is fantastic career progression on offer. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth, with the support and leadership of a HR Manager.

You will provide full support to the HR Manager in the daily administration of the HR departments’ activities and assist in the smooth running of the department liaising with all levels across the business. No two days will look the same, as you’ll be managing a variety of different HR related queries including: recruitment & selection, new starter processes, probations, changes to employment, system access, annual PDR reviews, HR processes, etc.
Who would be the right fit?
This role would suit someone with a couple of years’ experience in a HR Admin/ Coordinator role with the desire to pursue a career in this field. The best suited candidate for this role will be someone who demonstrates a can-do attitude with a professional and positive approach to work, ideally having obtained at least CIPD Level 3.
