She’s going to take you under her wing and put your through further CIPD studies if this is the route you want to take, fully funded and supported by the business whilst also giving you autonomy and freedom in a full generalist role where you will support on:
- Employee engagement
- Employee relations
- Learning and development
- HR projects and strategy
- Recruitment and selection
Well-rounded, 360 role for you to learn every single aspect of HR and develop your knowledge further with the most amazing support function around you.
They will consider candidates who have just finished university with HRM, or completed CIPD Level 3/5 and looking for their first step into HR, or perhaps somebody that has some experience in HR but no qualifications, they will consider this profile too!
