My client is looking for an HR Advisor who will be key member of the already established HR Team. They need someone ambitious, results driven and with a passion for all things people and human resources.

This role will allow the right candidate to gain essential skills in order to work your way up to a management role in the future.

Responsibilities will include;

  • ER cases – giving management support
  • Strategic development – assistant on HR projects and supporting the running of the HR function
  • Administration duties – such as the running of the HR systems
  • Payroll support
  • Help support with projects such as – TUPE and service reviews
  • Monitoring of sickness absence and to provide advice and support to Managers.

What you will need to be successful?

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • 2+ years within an HR Admin or Advisor role
  • Willingness to learn and develop your existing skills
  • Previous experience of UK payroll or willingness to learn.

In summary this role is an exciting opportunity for a current HR Administrator or Advisor to implement yourself into an exciting growing business and also develop and expand your current expertise.
