My client is looking for an HR Advisor who will be key member of the already established HR Team. They need someone ambitious, results driven and with a passion for all things people and human resources.
This role will allow the right candidate to gain essential skills in order to work your way up to a management role in the future.
Responsibilities will include;
- ER cases – giving management support
- Strategic development – assistant on HR projects and supporting the running of the HR function
- Administration duties – such as the running of the HR systems
- Payroll support
- Help support with projects such as – TUPE and service reviews
- Monitoring of sickness absence and to provide advice and support to Managers.
What you will need to be successful?
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- 2+ years within an HR Admin or Advisor role
- Willingness to learn and develop your existing skills
- Previous experience of UK payroll or willingness to learn.
