Are you looking to progress in your HR career and join a support team where you can get involved in HR projects and strategy? Well, this could be the perfect role for you!

Platinum Recruitment are working with a well know manufacturing company based in East Manchester, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team to support the HR Business Partner with the business strategy and have management of multiple projects plus supporting the business’s ongoing performance and growth. You will also work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various HR teams across the company to meet the group HR agenda.

This is a true generalist role where you will be the main point of contact for any HR queries, whilst supporting managers and employees with their HR needs.

One thing to emphasise about this role is that it’s not an ‘ER-heavy’ role. When needing ER advice, the company have a separate team in Head Office to manage all ER casework, so this is a perfect role for someone who may want to step away from this usual side of advising and look at partnering managers across the business across all areas of HR with the opportunity to lead and deliver projects.

You ideally will be CIPD qualified and have proven experience in working in a similar role supporting a people agenda with a generalist background with experience in ER, L&D, Reward, compensations & benefits.
