As the current HR Manager is on an upward trajectory to become Director in 2-3 years time, she’s looking for a HR Advisor she can take under her wing and eventually step into her role as HR Manager overseeing the whole HR function and building a team underneath you.

This is a family-owned business built on the excellence of their people currently at a 185 head count across various sites and continuing to grow.

The current HR Manager has been with them for 10 years, it’s a business where they look after their people and encourage them to reach their full potential and progress which is why staff stay for the long term. She told me the most enjoyable part of her job is how appreciated the HR function is by the owners and how much freedom you have to make decisions.

A full 360 HR Advisor generalist role, getting involved with all the “meaty” stuff including employee relations plus HR projects and employee engagement; so you’re getting exposure to every aspect of HR and working hand in hand with a CIPD Level 7 qualified successful HR Manager.

They will fund your CIPD Level 7 and the HR Manager is willing to put her all into ensuring you reach HR Manager status in 2-3 years time, she’ll support you with your studies and has a finalised training programme to get you to this level – she’s absolutely brilliant.

She’s looking for a real generalist HR Advisor that’s confident, can give instruction to Directors, has an outgoing personality and holds their CIPD Level 5 qualification; someone with a bit about them that can really take the reins and is ready to take that next step in their career.

You will be full time office-based Monday-Friday, this is due to everyone in the business being in every single day, enjoying each other’s company, learning from one another and having business discussions/ regular meetings so they want you to be apart of the hustle and bustle of a fantastic team.
