This is a perfect role within HR to achieve the full variety of experience enabling you to perfect knowledge, develop a range of diverse achievements and be given the exposure necessary to step up to HR Manager in the future. Essentially it’s the final step for anyone with aspirations to be a HR Manager.

You’ll be working for a privately owned SME consultancy who are hiring a HR Advisor to work with a variety of companies from SMEs through to large corporations of all industry sectors to provide a full 360 HR service.

The business operate with key values, the main one being that all clients matter to them, it’s not about the fee at the end for them, it’s about their reputation and delivering the best possible service every single time so customer service and having that same moral ground as the company is imperative.

You’re going to be surrounded by a management team and peers that are passionate, likeminded, experienced and fantastic at what they do so you’ll be appreciated and most of all be supported and trained by the best in HR.

How do they look after you?

  • Laid back, relaxed environment to work in with an open door policy for all
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays

You will be responsible for working with clients face to face (this isn’t a call centre type role, this is genuinely the exact same as working as a HR generalist for one firm but doing it for 5-10 companies!), supporting on acquisitions, employee engagement, HR strategies and complex cases.

This is the ultimate opportunity to conquer new challenges, build relationships with new personnel and have more variety and exposure.

Super interesting and if you’re looking to scale up your experience to the next level, there’s no better way to do it then work with a number of businesses who all have various HR projects for you to get stuck into whilst also developing your understanding of all industries and how they work.

Coming into this role it’s important that your employment law knowledge is up to date and you have your CIPD Level 5 qualification or studying towards with practical HR generalist experience.
