Here is an opportunity to join one the leading energy efficiency businesses in the South of England as their first Head of ECO. The business is well established and respected in energy efficiency measures with ambitious plans to grow and the next phase of growth is within the ECO space.

As Head of ECO you will join the business on a journey where you will build and lead the business in the ECO market whilst supported by the CEO and wider business. A phenomenal opportunity to work as part of a wider group and create a new entity with an ambitious plan to reach £5 million turnover within the next 3 years.

As a starting point as Head of ECO you will be the first person around the table to deliver the operational strategy, manage the commercial development and exceed forecast and performance.

Deep understanding of the ECO market with proven experience within a leadership role.

Have shown the ability to build a function and delver business growth

First class communication and negotiation skills internally and externally

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
