Financial Controller (Route to Finance Director)

£75,000 – £80,000 plus performance bonus and full benefits package

Elevate your career in this Financial Controller position in Cheadle, working with a leading entrepreneur you will be the face of finance and given every opportunity to reach Director status.

As Financial Controller you will manage 2 entities, combined turnover £25 million with a 2026 forecast to exceed £35 million and hold full responsibility for the full finance operation supported by an exceptional transactional team of 6 staff.

They want someone ambitious who can drive automation and improvement, is well versed in system implementation and advancement, is a great leader in finance driving positivity and solutions through the department.

As the business is on a growth journey via acquisition they would like someone who has experienced fast growth and is commercially sharp enough to identify areas of non-agreement providing a first class financial soundboard to the leadership team.

The business would like someone qualified with demonstratable post qualification experience who has proven experience in strategic support aiding business growth and success.

Huge benefits package and bonus related to company performance and personal objectives.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
