You’ll be given the responsibility to manage a team of 6 and they don’t even expect you to have had experience doing this at all, just have the can do attitude and want to do it, give it a go! To become and FD / FC you’ll need to have had this experience as you know and this is what this role will give you.
In this job you will get fully qualified, be involved in improving processes and integrating with other departments and gain in-valuable experience that no-one else in the market is offering right now.
