Fab opportunity for a skilled Finance Manager / Company Accountant to join a well-established and reputable business. The team are just fantastic and are looking for someone to be part of the work family – as cheesy as that sounds!
Company fit is really key to this client. It’s a small business working at about £3million t/o, so as you can imagine everyone knows each other on a first name basis and mucks in where necessary to ensure deadlines are met. The atmosphere in the office is incredibly welcoming and I look at it as the perfect environment for a new starter to integrate into the team and hit the ground running with all the support anyone could need!
As the Finance Manager you will oversee the end-to-end finance operation; it’s a stand-alone role so you will have free reign to implement your own ideas and really make the position your own. Your duties will range from daily bookkeeping to financial reporting and budgeting all the way through to VAT returns and Payroll. It’s a lovely role for someone who enjoys a varied position in a team where everyone works hard, but has a laugh in the process.
This person will be a key advisor and support the MD so it’s also a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the decision-making process and have an input into strategy.
