If you demonstrate strong, strategic leadership skills and are currently managing a high performing team yet your current employer is unable to present you the opportunities that your skills reflect, this role could be the next step in your career you have been wishing for.

Operating as a Team Leader within a thriving sales department located in heart of Manchester City Centre, you will put your expertise to use by delivering a focussed and high-quality leadership service. Managing a team of business sales advisors, you will show high attention to detail whilst being able to identify trends, manage performance, problem solve and build long lasting relationships with the team.

What will the successful candidate do?

Motivate, coach and lead the sales team consistently

Provide 1-1 support when needed based upon performance

Identify trends and conduct regular reports for higher management

Demonstrate effective problem solving and communicational skills

Driven to exceed targets and KPIs whilst ensuring the team are also on track

Look to implement and develop new policies to improve the business

Manage day to day activities and ensure tasks are completed

Conduct meetings when necessary

Ideally experienced within financial solutions (desirable)

Ability to use Windows (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)

In return, you will receive –

Commission scheme and bonus up to £1,100 per month

Luxury modern office located within Manchester City Centre

Competitive salary within the current market £27,000 – £29,000

Monthly bonus based upon personal and team performance £1,100 per month OTE £40,000

Subsidised on-site cafe including free healthy breakfast.

Career development and progression opportunities depending on performance.

Social events and incentives within the office
