This customer service role is unique to any other out there at the minute and let me tell you why:
- 1pm finishes Monday to Friday every other week

The successful candidate will demonstrate a natural and empathetic approach in supporting our customers with their financial difficulties and hardships by offering a tailored and suitable resolution whether that be arranging sustainable plans, investigating and raising queries or perhaps just being that “friendly” ear on the other end of the line.
