Joining a talented, customer service team who are experts in what they do, this is a straight-forward and simple telephone-based role! You will work closely with customers who are seeking support and guidance to better their financial difficulties. You will play a vital part in exploring financial hardships by gathering prime information including completing affordability checks, income and expenditure forms to help achieve suitable outcomes and most importantly, help make life become less complicated.

The successful candidate will have –

Empathetic and confident personality

Natural caring nature and understanding approach

Comfortable working within a targeted environment

Clear telephone manner and strong communicational skills

Customer service experience desirable (not essential)

Ability to work well within a fast-paced organisation

You will receive a benefits package including –

Salary increases up to £22,680 after two years

Monthly bonus’ up to £210 per month

In depth training and ongoing support

Paid overtime opportunities when available

Team incentives and vouchers awarded weekly

Paid sickness scheme

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
