Stockport – 5-10 minute walk from Stockport Town Centre and train station

This customer service role is unique to any other out there at the minute and let me tell you why:

1pm finishes every day Monday to Friday every other week

We are NOT targeted or KPI heavy, we prefer quality over quantity

Guaranteed monthly bonus up to £200 based on your performance

Salary increase to £22,680 in your second year with us

Huge internal progression opportunities from as early as 6 months in

Career development and learning with industry trained specialists

Monthly raffle to win Amazon and Selfridges vouchers, spa days, cocktail classes and much more.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an empathetic approach in supporting our customers by responding to their financial difficulties and hardships, offering suitable solutions whether that be arranging direct debits, building investigations, raising queries or perhaps just being that “friendly” ear on the other end of the line.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
