This is a simple yet rewarding customer service role where you can expect to be welcomed with diversity and huge internal career opportunities presented from as soon as 6 months of joining.

We are searching for customer driven individuals who thrive off working within a busy, vibrant office setting, have fantastic personable skills and enjoy being that friendly ear when needed. Whether you have little to no customer service or office experience, we would love to hear from you!

You will discover that no day is ever the same. You will handle an abundance of conversations ranging from account queries, payment plans, arranging direct debits to managing website correspondence plus much more, this is a perfect opportunity if you’re ready to settle into a long-lasting career with the direction solely driven by you.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
