What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for existing customers, providing ongoing support throughout their journey. You’ll communicate via phone, email and live chat, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Typical working hours include a mix of 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm shifts across the week, Monday – Friday.
