Customer Collections Advisor
Stockport
Β£21,500 + bonuses = Β£25,000+ per year (salary increases for length of service)

All we require from you is the ability to build strong relationships whilst providing empathy and understanding to your customers needs. You will speak to customers with a wide range of vulnerabilities and financial difficulties, providing solutions to their debts and setting up affordable repayment plans.
We are a business priding ourselves on working with customers, rather than against them. We want you to tailor your approach to their needs and what they can afford. You’ll support clients from the banking sector, as well as other well known organisations, giving you an insight into how various different industries operate.
This is a role where you will achieve an amazing sense of job satisfaction dealing with real emotions and circumstances. For us your experience doesn’t matter, you may be working in care, retail, telesales, or customer service, wanting to join a big organisation who can give you the tools to progress.
