Customer Collections Advisor

£21,420 basic with an OTE of £25,000

Joining a talented collections team who are experts in what they do, this is a simple yet rewarding telephone-based role! You will work closely with customers who are seeking support and guidance to better their financial difficulties. You will play a vital part in exploring financial hardships with vulnerable customers by gathering prime information including completing affordability checks, income and expenditure forms to achieve suitable outcomes with the focus to reduce stress, worries and most importantly, help make life become less complicated.

The successful candidate will have –

  • Empathetic and confident personality
  • Natural caring nature and understanding approach
  • Comfortable working within a targeted environment
  • Clear telephone manner and strong communicational skills
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced organisation

You will receive a benefits package including –

  • Salary increase up to £22,680 after two years
  • Monthly bonus’ up to £210 per month
