Customer Advisor (Telephone Based) – Stockport
Β£21,500 – Β£25,000 + Β£200 monthly bonuses

Is there progression, as I’m finding it difficult to move up the ladder in retail & hospitality?
Absolutely! Typically in your first 3 months with us, you’ll receive fully paid training. Once training is finished over 95% of our advisors move straight into our senior teams.
That’s progression in less than 12 weeks – unheard of in today’s market!
We also support advisors who dream of becoming coaches or trainers via our management program.
What is expected of me day to day?
The role itself is easy; 40 calls maximum per day, no target pressure.
Discuss finances, set up direct debits, send out letters, and respond to emails and website enquiries.
